Tasks and action items

In Focus, it’s possible not only to set big and ambitious goals (OKRs) but also to create daily tasks and connect them with OKRs. 

It allows creating an action plan to achieve your key results. Read here more about tasks and how to use them.

Action items in check-ins

It’s not everything. Action items are baked-in daily check-ins and weekly updates. Also, you can choose tasks in daily check-ins too. No need to type twice your daily plan. Just drag action items you want to mention in the check-in and drop them in the answers area.

OKR Tree

Finally! We did it!

I’m really excited about this new OKR view. It’s possible to see all company’s objectives in a tree-based model.
